It is with this objective in mind that HTC, manufacturer of Effemme-branded electro-hydraulic vehicle lifts, has chosen DN Chemicals as a strategic partner to develop a pre-treatment and coating process capable of guaranteeing up to 1,000 hours of corrosion resistance in accelerated tests.
At the heart of the process is Dollcoat RS 103, a nanotechnology-based multi-metal pre-treatment that ensures surface protection and uniformity, whilst reducing water and energy consumption thanks to its application at room temperature and without rinsing.
