In this article we analyse the success case of SMA Serbatoi, a manufacturer of hydraulic oil and fuel tanks for trucks, boats and other means of transport. Both functional and aesthetic aspects are very important in this field.<\/p>\n

For this reason, the pre-treatment of tanks prior to painting, an area in which DN Chemicals specialises, is of great importance.<\/p>\n

For this reason, SMA Serbatoi S.p.A., has installed a new painting plant in Belgrade, Serbia, in cooperation with DN Chemicals.<\/p>\n

Thanks to DN Chemicals, it was possible to integrate the pre-treatment process including the nanotechnological conversion module PROMETEUS with the chemical product Dollcoat SA 115; the results and performance obtained were excellent.<\/p>\n

Umberto Bertolucci, production manager of SMA Serbatoi, is extremely satisfied with the results obtained thanks to the collaboration with DN Chemicals and says:<\/p>\n

\u2018This sector demands the highest level of quality, both from a functional and an aesthetic point of view. The results we have achieved so far in terms of efficiency and effectiveness of the pre-treatment have satisfied us and we will continue to monitor them. \u2018We will consider the possibility in the future of introducing the PROMETEUS pre-treatment cycle and nanotechnological conversion module at the San Secondo plant as well.<\/p>\n
